Connection It is an internal newsletter for the Office of the Legislative Counsel. The newsletter is a way the OLC share their latest news and related articles. It serves as internal communication within the office. The newsletter usually is twelve pages and, on some occasions, eight pages. It is published every three months.
The audience is the state workers of the OLC. Sometimes, Connection reaches the state capital. It helps to motivate and incentivize the participation of the workers in various team projects, and it serves as a platform to market other internal recognition programs.
